Kennedy Passing
Sherri and I found ourselves in DC on Saturday afternoon after a late lunch at Ray’s Hell Burger. After noticing the growing crowds along Constitution Avenue, we realized that the Ted Kennedy funeral procession was soon to make it’s way from the Capitol to Arlington Cemetery. While neither of us can be considered supporters of Kennedy politicians we are both proud Americans and enjoyed the chance to join the crowds and show our respect to a man that devoted his life to our country.

Every time I look at this I expect to see Cary Grant walk out of the garden.

Fountain located in Lafayette Park, part of President’s Park, north of the White House. Taken while trying to dodge the security guards who kept making me take my tripod down.
