I use to live in Fair Oaks, summer nights at the town center are a fond memory!!

How long ago was that? We've been in Reston for almost 15 years and have seen the RTC go through many many changes. You would hardly recognize it from what it was when we moved here. In fact, this fountain is fairly new.
