Camera specs: Canon EOS Rebel XS fitted with a 75-300mm f/4.0-5.6 lens, f14.0 @ 2.6 seconds, ISO 400, 300mm focal length, tripod used.

Sherri noticed the cool moon on our way home from dinner the other night.  We hit a local parking garage and set up the camera’s for some captures of it.

I think I’m getting a better hang of my camera’s manual mode.  These images are straight off the camera except for crop and jpg conversion.

I’m thinking Spring cannot get here soon enough.  I just noticed most of my photos submitted to the PaW project have been dark in nature.  This week I did have a couple of bright shots of the birds on our back deck I could have used but decided to go with this one.  Maybe in the Spring my subjects will all be brighter.
